We hereby guarantee that all the "TIELBO watches" purchased from (www.tielbowatch.com) designated by our company will have product quality problems in the correct use
With a valid warranty card, proof of purchase, and related accessories and materials, you can enjoy the following services at the "TIELBO Watch" after-sales designated by our company:
1. Quality problems caused by non-human damage to the genuine products purchased under the TIELBO brand can be repaired free of charge.
2. Quartz watches purchased under the TIELBO brand, can enjoy free battery replacement within three years from the date of purchase.
3. All the above services must provide valid proof of purchase and related standard items, and the product labels, serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be torn or altered without authorization.
4. All the above services must be appraised by our company and belong to the authentic brand of TIELBO to enjoy relevant services.

 

If any of the following reasons occur, the free warranty service is not available:

1. Damage caused by man-made causes under incorrect use.
2. Damage caused by repair by a special repair service station not designated by the company.
3. The natural wear and tear of watch metal appearance parts, such as watch cases, metal straps, buckles, crowns, and other parts.
4. The watch is damaged due to force majeure factors such as fire and other natural disasters.
5. Failure to provide a valid warranty card or proof of purchase.
6. When the watch is used in a normal environment, it has passed the reliability test, and the watch stops or goes inaccurately caused by human factors.
7. Any part of the watch and other damages caused by abnormal use, abuse, carelessness, negligence, accidental impact, knocking, squeezing, surface damage, and other damage, or non-compliance with the use provided by the watch.
8. The after-sales warranty card or purchase certificate is missing or altered, the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product, and the purchase certificate stamped by the seller with complete information cannot be provided.
9. Anyone who tears or alters product labels, serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks without authorization.

Note: If it is not within the scope of free repair, but needs to provide related sales services, our company will still provide paid professional repair and maintenance services for your watch.
